STORE REGULATIONS

 

  1. General provisions

 

  1. The online store available at www.annakilyk.com is operated by Anna Kilyk, conducting business under the name SNL Anna Kiłk, registered at Miodowa 99a; 71-497 Szczecin, +48500026633, Poland, NIP 8513241612, REGON 384403737.
  2. These terms and conditions are addressed to all users of the Store and define the rules for purchasing goods from it.
  3. Prices quoted in the store are gross prices (including VAT).

 

  1. Technical requirements

 

  1. To use the Store, including browsing the assortment and placing orders, you need a desktop computer, laptop, or other multimedia device with Internet access and a web browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari, or Microsoft Edge with cookies enabled and the ability to support JavaScript.

 

  1. Orders

 

  1. To place an order, add the product to the shopping cart and then complete the data: Name/company name, full delivery address (street, house/apartment number, postal code, city, country), email address, and phone number.
  2. After clicking the “Place Order” button, the Buyer is redirected to the payment page operated by Przelewy24 or PayPal, depending on the choice. The customer must pay within three calendar days after placing the order.
  3. Once the order has been placed and paid for, the customer will receive an email confirming the order and the expected shipment and delivery date.
  4. The buyer is obliged to enter data by the facts and is prohibited from providing unlawful content.
  5. Goods are shipped via courier companies.
  6. Delivery of goods to the customer is chargeable; delivery costs are presented to the customer when placing the order and may vary depending on the destination country of delivery.

 

  1. Complaints

 

  1. If a defect is discovered in the product received, the Buyer has the right to file a complaint, first in writing to shop@annakilyk.com, with a detailed description of the defect and the date of its discovery, as well as the preferred method of processing the complaint.
  2. The customer can return the product within 14 days without giving a reason, per the Law on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014. (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended) “A consumer who has concluded a contract at a distance may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without stating a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs indicated below.”
  3. The seller is obliged to consider the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. It is automatically granted if the Seller does not respond to the request to consider the complaint within the specified period.
  4. The customer is obliged to return the defective goods to the address (insert address here). The seller shall bear the cost of delivery of the product.
  5. The seller reserves the right to disregard a claim if it is due to a difference in the color of the purchased product, as the shade and color temperature may vary minimally depending on the settings and calibration of the screen.
  6. Any customer may use out-of-court means of handling complaints and claims. Detailed information on the possibility for the customer to use out-of-court procedures for handling complaints and pursuing claims, as well as the rules of access to these procedures, is available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection at: https://uokik.gov.pl/pozasadowe_rozwiazywanie_sporow_konsumenckich.php

 

  1. Right of withdrawal

 

  1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the concluded purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. To cancel the contract, the Buyer must email a withdrawal statement to (…) and return the goods to (…) within 14 days.
  2. The seller is obliged to return all customer payments ( including shipping costs) within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal. Refunds are made to the same form of payment that the Customer used during the purchase unless the Buyer himself has agreed to another form of refund that does not involve any additional costs for him.
  3. The seller reserves the right to withhold the refund of the payment until receipt of the returned goods or proof of their return, whichever event occurs sooner.

 

  1. Final provisions

 

  1. The Regulations shall come into force on the publication date on the store’s website.
  2. The seller reserves the right to change the regulations; any changes will be published on the Store’s website.
  3. In matters not covered by the stated Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
