Nature of the Works

All works available at Anna Kilyk Atelier are original artworks created by hand using traditional iconographic techniques.

Each icon is created individually and bears the marks of the manual artistic process. Subtle variations in texture, color, or gilding are a natural characteristic of handmade work and a sign of its authenticity.

Commissioned Works

Icons created on commission, including works that are personalized or produced according to individual arrangements, are artworks made specifically for a particular collector.

For this reason, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Before the work begins, all essential details such as subject, format, and general character of the composition are agreed upon.

Ready-to-Ship Works

For artworks available as ready-to-ship pieces, customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Returned works must be in original condition, packed in their protective packaging, and accompanied by the certificate of authenticity.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Limited Edition Art Prints

Limited edition art prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the print is unused and returned in appropriate protective packaging..

Shipping Damage

All works are carefully packed and secured prior to shipping.

If damage is noticed upon delivery, please contact the atelier within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, including photographic documentation of both the packaging and the artwork.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned artwork has been received and its condition verified.

A Collector’s Decision

Purchasing an artwork is a collector’s decision.

We encourage collectors to carefully review the artwork description, dimensions, and photographs before completing a purchase.
