In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data, and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter RODO) (Official Journal. EU L 119, s. 1), we inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the Owner of the company, which conducts business activities under the name SNL Anna Kiłyk, based at Miodowa 99a; 71-497 Szczecin, Telephone contact +48500026633.
    The administrator also operates an online store available at www.annakilyk.com.
  2. The legal basis for processing your personal data is:
    1. Art. 6 paragraph. 1(b) of the RODO, i.e. processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between us;
    2. Art. 6 paragraph. 1(c) RODO i.e. processing is necessary for the fulfillment of obligations incumbent on the Administrator such as accounting and financial settlements, including taxes, as well as other obligations;
    3. Art. 6 paragraph. 1(f) RODO, i.e.. processing is necessary for the realization of purposes arising from the legitimate interests of the Administrator, such as the possible need to fend off or fulfill civil law claims;
    4. Art. 6 paragraph. 1(a) RODO i.e. processing is carried out on the basis of the consent given (exceptional situations, e.g., image processing), this also applies to data received through email correspondence -. processed for the purpose of responding, settling the matter (according to the nature of the correspondence sent, the basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) – that is, the consent given in the form of providing data by the person sending the email).
  3. The purpose of the Administrator’s processing of personal data is primarily the execution of orders/sales contracts and service contracts, as well as the performance of legal obligations and the assertion of potential claims under civil law and defense against claims, if any.
  4. Your provision of personal data to the extent required by law is a statutory requirement and is a condition for entering into a contract. The consequences of not providing them will be the inability to enter into a contract, to provide services and to perform the obligations incumbent upon us. Providing data processed on the basis of your consent is voluntary, but at the same time can help, for example, to improve contact.
  5. Under the terms of the RODO, you have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it, to request its deletion or to object to it, as well as the right to request the Administrator to restrict the processing of your data, and to transfer it.
    If you have given your consent to data processing, you have the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting the legality of the processing that was carried out before the withdrawal of this consent.
  6. The Administrator informs you that your personal data will be processed for the period required by law, in the case of civil contracts for a maximum period taking into account the statute of limitations for possible claims, and in the case of processing on the basis of consent – until the purpose of processing ceases or until it is withdrawn.
  7. If you believe that your personal data will be processed in violation of the requirements of the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  8. The recipients of your personal data may be companies cooperating with us, including IT, courier services, payment system companies, etc., as well as authorized administrative units and offices.
  9. Your data will not be subject to profiling and will not be transferred to third countries.
