Nature of the Works<\/h3>\n

All works available at Anna Kilyk Atelier are original artworks created by hand using traditional iconographic techniques.<\/p>\n

Each icon is created individually and bears the marks of the manual artistic process. Subtle variations in texture, color, or gilding are a natural characteristic of handmade work and a sign of its authenticity.<\/p>\n

Commissioned Works<\/h3>\n

Icons created on commission, including works that are personalized or produced according to individual arrangements, are artworks made specifically for a particular collector.<\/p>\n

For this reason, they are not eligible for return or exchange.<\/p>\n

Before the work begins, all essential details such as subject, format, and general character of the composition are agreed upon.<\/p>\n

Ready-to-Ship Works<\/h3>\n

For artworks available as ready-to-ship pieces, customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the shipment.<\/p>\n

Returned works must be in original condition, packed in their protective packaging, and accompanied by the certificate of authenticity.<\/p>\n

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.<\/p>\n

Limited Edition Art Prints<\/h3>\n

Limited edition art prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the print is unused and returned in appropriate protective packaging..<\/p>\n

Shipping Damage<\/h3>\n

All works are carefully packed and secured prior to shipping.<\/p>\n

If damage is noticed upon delivery, please contact the atelier within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, including photographic documentation of both the packaging and the artwork.<\/p>\n

Refunds<\/h3>\n

Refunds are issued after the returned artwork has been received and its condition verified.<\/p>\n

A Collector\u2019s Decision<\/h3>\n

Purchasing an artwork is a collector\u2019s decision.<\/p>\n

We encourage collectors to carefully review the artwork description, dimensions, and photographs before completing a purchase.<\/p>\n
